Clubhouse Goals and Outcomes
Goal One- Maintain a program that meets the needs of the students, parents, school and community.

Goal Two- Improve self-esteem, sense of belonging, feelings of safety and connection to the community.

Goal Three- Youth will receive educational support to enhance their ability to succeed academically.

- Maintain an enrollment of 75 or more students throughout the year.
- Clubhouse families will remain satisfied with the programs being offered at Clubhouse as educational and enriching for their children.
- Price the program to be affordable for the community and provide unlimited scholarships.

- Youth will feel more confident, know their strengths, and feel more connected to the community and Clubhouse children after participating in Clubhouse activities.
- Youth will feel valued for their work and have a sense of belonging with the children at Clubhouse.
- Youth will feel safe at Clubhouse and see it as a healthy, exciting place to be.
Goal Three- Youth will receive educational support to enhance their ability to succeed academically.
Outcomes:
- Homework will be turned in on time and correct on a regular basis.
- Completing homework will have value and be more fun for Clubhouse youth.
- Educational activities will reflect and enhance the educational experience at school.
- Staff will encourage and meet children’s needs to the best of their ability, including specifically aiding those reading below their grade level so that they can reach their grade level.
Goal Four- Maintain a welcoming environment that encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Outcomes:
- Continue to support and provide outreach to the Latino community with Latino student enrollment surpassing that of the school.
- Foster a community that is accepting and kind to children from any background.
- Promote and sustain a safe atmosphere where all children can learn and thrive in.
- Raise awareness of the importance of collaborating with children and staff of different cultures, races, genders, ethnicities, beliefs, experiences, and ideas.
